[Maria] Latina/PoC. 25 years old. Works a dead-end job in a gift store. Petite to standard build. Lost her innocence and her self after a trauma several years ago that she is yet to heal from. Was passionate about music and dancing and was a decent rollerskater in her youth. Dreamt of being somebody, on stage, in the limelight, lifting up others. She now lives alone, and has pushed away all of those close to her. She wakes up most days not finding a reason to go on, but squashes her emotions trying to numb her pain, yet there still burns a flicker of a small fire deep down within her, despite everything.
Must be able to rollerskate well including on city streets, and skate dance creatively. There is minimal spoken dialogue, no professional acting experience required, but past experience on stage/film set/video is a plus.
