Many of us come to creativity from a need to change the current situation, and deliver a new and better set of outcomes. Based on those desired outcomes we offer five complimentary "moves", tailored for leaders and professionals, which can be delivered in live seminars or training, either virtually or in-person, as 1-on-1 or group coaching, as an advisory project or program, and COMING SOON, through online self-paced learning.

All of the programs are self-contained, and there are no pre-requisites between programs, it is possible for an individual or group to want to complete each of the different paths. In addition to the core curriculum there are add-on modules, and available masterclass formats.

I. Creative Side

Focus: Developing Individual Creativity.

Creative Side is aimed at successful leaders and professionals, whose careers and/or lives have become "same same". They are looking to grow and develop new creative skills, and in a world of intangible work, be able to show some tangible outputs for their efforts that might include: writing, a book, music, video, film, photography, cooking, starting a podcast or video series, giving keynotes, other visual arts, t-shirt and clothing design, and so on. Often this journey can be a very personal one, and we can find ourselves stuck or hung up in getting started.

This curriculum is about is about both getting started, and getting done on your initial creative project(s). We cover the creative process, obstacles to creativity, finding your individual voice, and how to prototype and produce your initial project(s).

II. Career Moves

Focus: Enabling you to move "up, out, or across" in your career.

Career Moves is, as the name suggests, unashamedly about progress at work, whether that be in a large organization, as a consultant or advisor, or as an entrepreneur. We take an entrepreneurial mindset to look at how to understand and articulate the value that you and your offerings bring in terms what's important to a customer and/or the organization.

III. Growth Leadership

Focus: Setting the organization up for sustainable growth

Growth Leadership focuses on building Creative Capability in yourself, leadership, and the organization to support growth that is repeatable and sustainable. This path includes creating the right vision, strategy and culture for creative change and growth, as well as putting the right people, process, measures and systems in place.

IV: Growth Mindset

Focus: Driving improved performance, executing strategy, implementing change.

Growth Mindset is about applying creativity in the broadest sense at work to implement improved outcomes. Aimed at mid-level leaders and personnel, this move is about the ability to use creative tools and problem solving in a collaborative environment to execute upon the organization's objectives.

V. Creative Leadership

Focus: Leadership Development

Creative Leadership is a deep dive into the skills required for the modern leader, in challenging times. We focus on the 10 leadership skills in a creative way. These skills are: Strategy, Communications, Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Execution, Collaboration, Vulnerability, Agility, Empathy, and Resilience.
