What makes me different?

An international, creative lens and problem-solving approach, underpinned by a track record of publishing leadership and performance improvement content, in books, videos and publications, and putting this into practice in my consulting career and own business.

I’ve been there. After a successful two-decade career working in management consulting with many global organizations that are household names, and across more than 20 countries I made the leap to running my own creative business, leading my own destiny, and outcomes in life.

A good, non-judgmental, listener and effective strategic advisor, I’m familiar with working with leaders, senior professionals and founders/entrepreneurs to enable others to break through and reach the potential of their ideas and themselves.

We’ll start by understanding where you are today and where you want to go next, then get in place a plan and actions to get there. In many cases, you’ll already know where you want to go, and be seeking increased accountability on taking the steps, and making the required course corrections,
to get there.

Perhaps you require an independent, no judgements, third party sounding board for your biggest ideas, dreams, fears and burning ambitions?

Over the past six years I’ve published two books and written countless articles on work/life optimization, creativity and leadership. There
is deep well of tailored content that we can selectively dig into as required to support your change efforts, and increase the likelihood of success.

Since I’m a coach, consultant and entrepreneur, as well as being a working creative, we can flex the agenda and objectives of our time together to move between goal setting, creative problem solving, and even skills transfer, helping you bring your best ideas to the world.

The initial onboarding conversation (1-2 hours) is at no cost or risk to you. Then we'll make a plan and talk pricing, which is totally consistent with comparable benchmark rates in the market, for leadership, or organizational coaching.
