Where to start?

An initial 1-hour planning session for new coachees costs US$179 and can be conducted in-person in Dallas, Texas or via phone/video. During this session we'll begin to flesh out your business/life vision, goals, current situation and initial next steps. Even in this short session, clients report having a significantly increased level of clarity on their direction. We document the outputs of the session and give you homework to continue to work towards your future, after the session.

Alternatively, solopreneurs/entrepreneurs can book a 2-hour whiteboard session for an introductory price of US$199. A whiteboard session is a helpful way to explore your idea more fully, and organize the highest impact opportunities. It allows a combination of mind-mapping, brainstorming and capture/categorization of different types of structured and unstructured information. The whiteboard process is creative since it allows you to make (new) connections between different parts of work and life and work, and the visual identification of blockers and opportunities.

We give you a photo/hardcopy of the output of the session, and write up the insights and actions for you to take away (and for the basis of ongoing coaching or performance improvement consulting, if you choose to).

Business Experience

We're fluent in a range of tools, such as Lean/Business Canvas, and structured approaches to problem solving and strategy. Speak to us about your specific requirements.

Ongoing Rates

Our approach is based on quality, not quantity. We aim to achieve in an hour what other coaches might spend weeks on. We respect your valuable time, and expect you to take personal responsibility for following up actions/homework between sessions.

Personal Coaching $250/hr

Business Coaching $500/hr (2-8ppl group)
